In reply to your Despatch Hong Kong No.
173 of the 16th May, 1901, I regret that the provisions
of Section 25 Sub-section 3 of the Judicature Act, 1873, were
omitted from Ordinance No. 4 of 1901 of this Legislature by
inadvertence,

Those provisions have been inserted in
an Ordinance entitled the Statute Law Revision Ordinance,
which has passed a second reading and which will be forwarded
to you in due course.
